All information provided during a loan application must be accurate and complete. Submitting false or misleading information may lead to rejection of your application or legal consequences.
– Interest Rate: 15% for a 30-day term.
– Penalty Rate: 0.5% per day if the loan is not settled by the due date.
All repayment obligations must be met within the agreed period to avoid penalties.
By applying for a loan, you consent to receive communications from us via SMS, email, phone, or WhatsApp regarding your application, approval status, or repayment reminders.
You may not use this website for any illegal, unauthorized, or abusive purposes. Violations may result in account suspension and legal action.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
We provide our services on an “as is” basis. While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, we are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of this site or its services.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website implies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
