Who is eligible for a loan?

How long does the loan approval take?

Approval usually takes up to 24 hours after you submit your application.

What is the interest rate and how is it calculated?

30-day interest is 15% of the issued amount. After the due date, a 0.5% per-day penalty applies.

Can I pay off my loan early? Is there an early-repayment penalty?

Yes, you can repay early with no penalty. You’ll only pay interest accrued up to that day.

What happens if I miss a payment?

A daily due rate of 0.5% is charged on the outstanding amount until you settle.

How do I extend my due date and what’s the extra cost?

On your loan details page, choose 7, 14, or 30-day extension. Each day adds 0.5% of the issued amount.

How do I log in?

Use your NIC number as username and your mobile number as password.

What if I lose or change my mobile number?

Contact our support team to update your password or mobile number.

How can I reset my password?

Use the “Lost your password?” link on the login page or go to /wp-login.php?action=lostpassword.

How do I check my outstanding balance and repayment schedule?

After logging in, go to “My Loan” in your dashboard for real-time balance and schedule.

Where can I download my loan statement or receipts?

On your loan details page, click “Download Statement” or “Download Receipt.”

Can I update my personal details?

Yes—visit “My Profile” after logging in to change your address or phone.

Is my personal information secure?

Yes—we use SSL encryption and follow strict data-protection practices.

How is my data used and shared?

We only use your data to process loans and for legal compliance. We never sell it to third parties.
